A Materials Nano Map
The OmegaScope 1000 is only real NanoRaman system on the market today that operates at Scanning TERS mode. This enables local chemical mapping with a resolution that is limited only by the size of the AFM tip. Tipically TERS active tips are in the order of 30 - 50 nm.
Full automated TERS tune-in
All tunable components of the OmegaScope 1000 are motorized and fine tuned by closed loop piezo's. This enables the complex TERS tuning to take place in a automated fashion.
Multiple lasers
The OmegaScope 1000 can be equiped with three excitation lasers in the range from 1060 nm till 350 nm. The lasers are software selectable.
Micro & Nano Confocal Raman / Confocal laser / Fluorescence
The OmegaScope 1000 is as well a high sensitive confocal Micro Raman system a confocal Laser scanning system and a Fluorescence system.
