Data Protection
Phoenix NT respects the privacy of every User of the Site, and strictly adheres to the data protection laws in the countries in which we do business.

In order to process the User’s requests (eg for literature, technical bulletins, posters, presentations and trial product samples), Phoenix NT collects personal data such as names, company names, addresses and phone, fax and email information when voluntarily submitted by the User. Upon receipt of this information, the Company stores this information in a secure database.

If a User chooses not to provide certain information, then the Company might not allow the User to take advantage of what the Site has to offer. Full contact information including a valid company email address are required before your instructions are carried out.

The Company uses the information provided by Users to fulfil instructions for information requested, to send out relevant marketing communications, and to allow us to improve the Site (monitor how the site is used and to determine the profile of our customers).

Data is used for the purposes specified by the User where the User provided it, e.g. opting-in to receive regular
e-newsletters.

Automatic Information
The Company receives and stores certain types of information, for example, whenever a User searches the site for information or a product. As the User navigates the Site, their activity is recorded (User sessions, accessed pages, downloads, etc) including information regarding browser types and versions, operating systems and platforms. This information is not personally identifiable and is only used to continually improve the Site, the Company’s service and products.

Cookies
When a User completes and submits a web form on the Site, information is stored on their computer in the form of a “Cookie”. Once a User has submitted their first web form, any second or subsequent web form called has certain personal data auto-filled, saving the User time by not having to key in their information again. Such cookies may be deleted from your computer at any time.

Phoenix NT ensures the User that all appropriate technical and organisational measures have been taken to safeguard against unauthorized or unlawful processing of personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data.

Jurisdiction
This Site was created, and is operated, in The Netherlands. In determining any disputes relating to this Site, Dutch Law applies.
